Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at STAR4Hire. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including design, installation, and maintenance. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences and ensure that their kitchen is designed and installed to their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall operations of the kitchen department, including design, installation, and maintenance.

- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences and provide expert advice on kitchen design and functionality.

- Oversee the design process, from creating initial concepts to finalizing detailed plans.

- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of kitchen products.

- Train and manage a team of kitchen designers and installers to ensure high-quality work and excellent customer service.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and generate repeat business.

- Monitor and manage the department's budget, including cost control and profitability.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in kitchen design and installation, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of kitchen design principles, materials, and products.

- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients, suppliers, and team members.

- Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp.

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
