Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&B Service Manager to join our team in Americus, GA. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage service operations, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of service staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations

- Monitor and maintain high standards of service, ensuring that all guests receive a memorable dining experience

- Develop and implement service policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality

- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery

- Manage inventory and control costs to meet budgetary guidelines

- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate company updates and provide training opportunities

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement promotions and special events to drive business

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Continuously seek ways to improve service standards and guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a food and beverage establishment

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems

- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Must have a valid food handler's certificate and alcohol service permit
