Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate Culinary Intern/Trainee to join our team for a 6-month internship. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are looking to gain experience in the culinary industry and develop their skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of our experienced chefs

- Learn and follow proper food handling and safety procedures

- Help with menu planning and development

- Participate in kitchen organization and maintenance

- Support the team in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation

- Gain experience in various areas of the kitchen, including but not limited to, hot and cold food stations, pastry, and banquet production

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations

- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance culinary knowledge and skills

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in a culinary program or recent culinary school graduate

- Passion for cooking and a strong desire to learn and grow in the culinary industry

- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
