Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at STAR4Hire. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our guest rooms and ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities

- Ensure all surfaces, furniture, and fixtures are clean and in good condition

- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department

- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and hygienic environment

- Restock and organize housekeeping cart and storage areas

- Keep track of and report any lost and found items

- Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred

- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 pounds

- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required
