Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Butler to join our team in Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia. As a Butler, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and assistance to our elite clients. You will be expected to anticipate their needs and ensure that their stay is comfortable and stress-free.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome clients upon arrival and ensure that their needs are met throughout their stay

- Provide personalized and attentive service to clients, including arranging transportation, making reservations, and coordinating activities

- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in clients' living spaces

- Prepare and serve meals according to clients' dietary preferences and restrictions

- Manage household staff and delegate tasks as needed

- Handle laundry and wardrobe management for clients

- Keep an inventory of household supplies and restock as needed

- Maintain a professional and discreet demeanor at all times

- Ensure the security and privacy of clients at all times

- Handle any special requests or issues that may arise during clients' stay

- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients and staff

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in hospitality or butler services is a plus

- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Butler, preferably in a luxury or high-end setting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in English and local language (additional languages are a plus)

- Knowledge of formal table setting and serving etiquette

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Flexibility to work long hours and weekends as needed
