Position: Housekeeping Specialist

Position Overview:

As a Housekeeping Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes and businesses. Your attention to detail and strong work ethic will ensure that our clients' spaces are always in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping

- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas

- Change linens and make beds

- Stock and maintain supplies in bathrooms and common areas

- Empty trash and recycling bins

- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols

- Communicate with clients and address any concerns or special requests

- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management

- Assist with laundry and other household tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending

- Must pass a background check and drug screening
