Position: Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&B Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our F&B operations, including managing staff, creating menus, and ensuring high-quality food and beverage offerings. The F&B Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a positive working relationship with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the F&B operations, including staffing, budgeting, and inventory management

• Develop and implement creative and innovative menus to meet the needs and preferences of our clients

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace

• Train, supervise, and motivate F&B staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality standards

• Monitor and control costs to maximize profitability and minimize waste

• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to promote our F&B services and attract new clients

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to ensure continuous improvement

• Stay updated with industry trends and implement new ideas to enhance the overall F&B experience for our clients

• Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the F&B industry

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven track record of managing budgets and controlling costs

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
