We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at STAR4Hire in Manavgat, Antalya. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, including managing the restaurant, bar, and banquet services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction

- Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and cleanliness

- Manage the restaurant, bar, and banquet services, ensuring efficient and effective operations

- Create and maintain budgets, control costs, and manage inventory

- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, providing ongoing coaching and development

- Foster a positive and professional work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts and pricing

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Proven track record of increasing revenue and improving customer satisfaction

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including food and wine pairing, menu planning, and cost control

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

- Must be able to legally work in Turkey
