Position: Spa Therapist

STAR4Hire is a leading hospitality company that specializes in providing exceptional services to its guests. We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team at our luxury resort in Pendik, İstanbul, Turkey.

Job Overview:

As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a range of spa treatments and services to our guests, ensuring their ultimate relaxation and satisfaction. You will work closely with our guests to understand their needs and provide personalized treatments to meet their individual preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and other beauty services

- Consult with guests to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate treatments

- Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, including treatment rooms and common areas

- Ensure the safety and comfort of guests throughout their spa experience

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new treatments, and make recommendations for improvements to our spa menu

- Promote and sell spa products to guests, and assist with retail inventory management

- Maintain accurate records of treatments and services provided to guests

- Uphold the company's standards of customer service and professionalism at all times

- Collaborate with other team members to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for guests

- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the spa industry

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in spa therapy or related field preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role in a luxury spa environment

- Strong knowledge of various massage and beauty treatments, including Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massage techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests

- Proven customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending

- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset
