- Uphold high standards of food quality and presentation

- Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques

- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a culinary or kitchen role

- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Creativity and passion for food

- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes

- Food handling and safety certification is a plus

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
