Job Summary:

As a Restaurant Banquet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our banquet department. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and other department heads to ensure the smooth execution of events and functions. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional service and create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the banquet department, including scheduling, training, and supervising staff.

- Work closely with the Executive Chef to plan and execute banquet menus and ensure high-quality food and beverage service.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and event planners to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

- Monitor and control banquet expenses to ensure profitability.

- Ensure that all banquet areas are properly set up and maintained according to company standards.

- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless coordination of events and functions.

- Maintain inventory and order necessary supplies for banquets and events.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Knowledge of food and beverage service and operations.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.

- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Contract Details:
