As our Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations of our luxury resort, ensuring the delivery of exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. You will work closely with our Executive Chef to develop and execute menus that showcase the best of Indonesian and international cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating

- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and quality

- Create and implement menus that reflect the unique flavors and culture of Bali, while also catering to international tastes

- Monitor food costs and inventory levels to maintain profitability

- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards

- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop new recipes and menu items

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations

- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, incorporating new techniques and ingredients into menu offerings

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Chef de Cuisine in a high-end restaurant or resort setting

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines

- Ability to create and execute menus that balance creativity and profitability

- Proven track record of managing food costs and maintaining high levels of quality

- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
