Position: Food and Beverage Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at STAR4Hire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry and a passion for delivering exceptional service. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall food and beverage operations

- Manage and train a team of servers, bartenders, and other F&B staff

- Create and maintain a positive and professional working environment

- Monitor and control food and beverage inventory and costs

- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop menus and ensure food quality and presentation meets company standards

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and effective manner

- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff

- Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts for the purchase of food and beverage items

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue

- Monitor and analyze sales and financial reports to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems

- Fluency in English, both written and verbal

- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
