We are seeking a dynamic and talented Bartender / Waiter to join our team at our Bekasi location. As a Bartender / Waiter, you will be responsible for creating delicious cocktails and providing excellent service to our customers. Your main goal will be to ensure that each and every customer has a positive and enjoyable experience at our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of beverages, garnishes, and other bar supplies

- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment for both customers and staff

- Upsell and promote special drinks and menu items to customers

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly

- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Bartender / Waiter in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks

- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure

- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Must be at least 21 years of age

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Bartending certification is a plus
