Position: Housekeeping Staff

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Housekeeping Staff to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our clients' properties, ensuring that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, according to company standards and procedures

- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities in guest rooms

- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust floors and surfaces

- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers

- Restock and organize supplies in designated areas

- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department

- Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner

- Adhere to safety and security procedures, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while on duty

- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar establishment preferred

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
