Position: Housekeeping Staff

Job Overview:

As a Housekeeping Staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms and public areas. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including changing bed linens, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities

- Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms

- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues to management

- Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Work with a sense of urgency to meet guest needs and maintain a high level of cleanliness

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff

- Assist with laundry and other housekeeping tasks as needed

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations

- Uphold the company's standards of excellence in service and cleanliness at all times

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous housekeeping experience preferred

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed

- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

- Must be legally authorized to work in Turkey
