Position: F&B Service Staff

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented F&B Service Staff to join our team in Pendik, İstanbul, Turkey. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to our clients and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Take food and beverage orders and ensure accuracy

- Serve food and beverages to guests according to company standards

- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns

- Assist with setting up and clearing tables as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

- Provide suggestions and recommendations to guests based on their preferences and dietary restrictions

- Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings as required

Requirements:

- Previous experience in F&B service preferred but not required

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time

- Must be able to lift and carry trays and other items weighing up to 25 pounds

- Must be legally eligible to work in Turkey
