As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a variety of spa treatments to our guests, including massages, facials, body wraps, and other services. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have a relaxing and enjoyable experience, leaving them feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, and other services, according to our standards and procedures

- Greet guests and provide them with a warm and friendly welcome

- Consult with guests to determine their individual needs and preferences for treatments

- Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, including treatment rooms and common areas

- Keep track of and order supplies as needed

- Uphold high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times

- Promote and sell spa services, packages, and products to guests

- Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the spa

- Attend training and development programs to continuously improve your skills and knowledge in the spa industry

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist

- Certification or diploma in a related field (e.g. massage therapy, aesthetics, etc.)

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Knowledge of various spa treatments and techniques

- Strong sales skills and ability to promote and sell spa services and products

- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

- Must be legally eligible to work in Turkey
