Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Head Chef in managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen

- Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation are consistently met

- Train and develop kitchen staff to maintain a high level of performance and efficiency

- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Create innovative and delicious dishes that meet the company's standards

- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menus and specials

- Monitor food costs and maintain budgeted food costs

- Assist with scheduling and managing kitchen staff

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining establishment

- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations

- Experience with inventory management and ordering supplies
