Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Culinary Chef to join our team at STAR4Hire. As a Culinary Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes for our clients. You will work closely with our team of chefs and staff to ensure that all meals are prepared and presented to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and prepare menus for events based on client preferences and dietary restrictions

- Manage and oversee the kitchen staff, including training and scheduling

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts

- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented according to company standards

- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area

- Collaborate with event planners and clients to create customized menus

- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into dishes

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Culinary Chef or similar role

- Culinary degree or equivalent experience

- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
