Position: Culinary Chef

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Chef to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a creative flair for developing unique and delicious dishes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of ingredients and techniques to create memorable culinary experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and design innovative menus that align with our company's vision and brand

- Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts

- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to company standards

- Train and supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff

- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all food safety and sanitation protocols

- Collaborate with the management team to create seasonal menus and special event menus

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into menu development

- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with clients and addressing any concerns or special requests

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Culinary Chef in a high-volume, fine dining establishment

- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred

- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing dishes

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Must be legally eligible to work in the United Arab Emirates
