We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Specialist to join our team in Skala, Greece. The Agricultural Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our farming operations, including crop production, soil management, and pest control. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of our farming operations, including crop production, soil management, and pest control

- Develop and implement sustainable farming practices to ensure the long-term health and productivity of our land

- Monitor crop growth and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal yield and quality

- Conduct soil and water testing to determine nutrient levels and make recommendations for fertilization and irrigation

- Coordinate with vendors to purchase necessary supplies and equipment for farming operations

- Train and supervise farm workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely

- Keep detailed records of crop production and expenses for reporting purposes

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in farming technology and techniques

- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop strategies for promoting and selling our agricultural products

- Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations related to farming and agriculture

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of sustainable farming practices and techniques

- Experience managing a team of farm workers

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Knowledge of Greek agriculture regulations and practices is a plus

- Must be physically able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
