Position: Bookkeeper

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at STAR4Hire. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for our company and our clients. This is a full-time position located in Jawa Barat, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Record and maintain financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank deposits

- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of all financial data

- Prepare and process invoices for clients and maintain accurate records of payments received

- Monitor and track expenses, ensuring they are within budget and in line with company policies

- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Assist with budget planning and forecasting

- Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues

- Keep up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and accuracy in all financial records

- Assist with any other accounting tasks or projects as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred

- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
