Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Laundry Attendant to join our team on a full-time basis. The Laundry Attendant will be responsible for sorting, washing, drying, and folding all linens and garments in a timely and efficient manner. They will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the laundry facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sort, wash, dry, and fold all linens and garments according to company standards

- Inspect items for stains, tears, and damage and report any issues to the supervisor

- Operate and maintain laundry equipment, such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines

- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the supervisor

- Maintain a clean and organized laundry facility at all times

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

- Assist with other tasks as needed, such as delivering laundry to clients or organizing storage areas

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role preferred

- Knowledge of laundry equipment and techniques

- Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Contract Details:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The working hours will be determined by the needs of the business and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate will be expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures.
