Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to join our team in Sulawesi Utara. As a Housekeeping Staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our clients' properties, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing of all rooms and common areas.

- Change linens and make beds according to hotel standards.

- Restock and replenish amenities, towels, and linens as needed.

- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.

- Follow established safety and security procedures.

- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude towards guests and colleagues.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.

- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy objects.

- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Contract Details:

This is a full-time position, with 40 hours per week. The selected candidate will be based in Sulawesi Utara, Indonesia and will be required to work on-site at various hotels and resorts. The contract will be for an initial period of one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
