Position: Security Team Member

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Team Member to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. As a member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties. You will work closely with other team members to ensure the highest level of security is provided at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties

- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activity

- Respond to any security incidents or emergencies in a timely and professional manner

- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment

- Conduct security checks on visitors and employees entering and exiting the premises

- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed

- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities and incidents

- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on security protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a security-related role

- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

- Valid security license or certification

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations

- Strong attention to detail and observational skills

- Physical fitness and ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

- Knowledge of basic security procedures and protocols

- Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The security team works in shifts to provide 24/7 coverage, so flexibility in scheduling is required. The work environment may include outdoor patrols and exposure to various weather conditions.
