Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain consistency and quality in our menu offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and recipes provided by the Head Chef

- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety and hygiene standards

- Maintain a clean and organized work station

- Monitor and control food wastage to minimize costs

- Assist with menu planning and development, taking into consideration seasonal ingredients and customer preferences

- Ensure all dishes are presented in an attractive and appetizing manner

- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to create new dishes and specials

- Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

- Keep up to date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role

- Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred

- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality dishes

- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Fluent in English, both spoken and written

- Must be able to work legally in Indonesia
