Contract Details:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The Steward will be employed by STAR4Hire and will be assigned to work at various hospitality establishments in and around Manavgat, depending on the needs of our clients.

Job Overview:

As a Steward, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas at our client's establishments. You will work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using proper sanitation techniques

- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and floors

- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed

- Stock and organize inventory in the kitchen and dining areas

- Empty and clean garbage and recycling bins

- Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines

- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

- Knowledge of proper sanitation and cleaning techniques

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy objects

- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

- Must be able to speak and understand English
