As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to create and develop menus, train and supervise junior kitchen staff, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the Head Chef

- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in your section

- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standard

- Assist in menu planning and development

- Monitor and maintain kitchen inventory and stock levels

- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the kitchen

- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen

- Culinary degree or equivalent experience

- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Team player with a positive attitude

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Must be legally eligible to work in Indonesia
